📋 Description

• Overall culinary responsibility for the food and beverage outlets • Preparation of forecasts, budgets and financial plans • Staff planning, including duty rosters and vacation scheduling • Planning, management and controlling of the outlets • Employee development and targeted support of the F&B team • Communication and coordination with suppliers and external partners • Promoting upselling opportunities and menu development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy • Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable role • Solid knowledge of business management, cost control and budget planning • Experience in menu and concept development as well as modern F&B and event concepts • Very good understanding of HACCP guidelines and quality management • Structured, results-oriented and solution-focused working style • Strong sense of responsibility for quality, profitability and guest retention • Guest-oriented mindset and approach • Team player, loyal and acting as a role model • Excellent German and English language skills
