📋 Description
• Develop a strategy to build and maintain active Reddit profiles through consistent, high-quality participation • Identify and engage in relevant subreddits and emerging conversations • Write discussion-based comments and responses aligned with community norms, in collaboration with internal teams and experts • Contribute in a helpful, human, and non-promotional manner • Monitor engagement (e.g., karma, responses) and track recurring themes, questions, and sentiment • Support light experimentation with content formats and engagement approaches • Provide regular insights on community behavior, trends, and opportunities to inform broader strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience using Reddit actively (posting, commenting, engaging in threads) - currently active Redditor • Strong understanding of Reddit culture, tone, and moderation dynamics • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt voice across contexts • Ability to work independently and manage multiple streams of activity • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish (required) • Nice to haves: • Experience in community management, digital and/or strategic communications, or audience engagement • Familiarity with working across multiple online personas or accounts • Experience tracking online conversations and extracting insights • Genuine interest in topics related to the environment, climate change and energy • Portuguese and/or French languages are an asset
