📋 Description

• Monitor overall performance of the e-commerce and financial services using key performance indicators (KPIs); • Research trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify the best business opportunities aligned with company strategy; • Implement automations and optimize manual processes within the area and across related teams; • Develop solutions using artificial intelligence (AI); • Produce reports and insights on team processes; • Propose and implement process improvements; • Monitor the team's core metrics; • Interact with a variety of e-commerce and financial services partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program; • Availability to intern for at least 1.5 years; • Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets; • Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as n8n, Google CLI, Claude, or similar; • Basic knowledge of a programming language; • Analytical mindset for problem solving and identifying improvement opportunities; • Communicative and organized; • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases (a plus).
