📋 Description

• Create ongoing variations of hooks, body copy, and CTAs for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging formats. • Script traction-focused videos, including testimonials, UGC, short tutorials, and objection-handling content. • Write complete persuasive narratives for landing pages, including headlines, unique value propositions, objection handling, and social proof. • Develop automated email sequences and WhatsApp messaging flows to drive sign-ups and reactivate existing databases. • Structure quick outreach approaches and objection-handling scripts to support SDRs and the sales team. • Write blog articles combining SEO with lead-capture and conversion mechanisms. • Support the definition of the brand voice for different personas. • Write and edit e-books, market research, industry reports, corporate presentations, and institutional materials. • Review and write communications, scripts, and institutional materials for marketing needs. • Support institutional content workflows during peak periods or team absences. • Track CTR, conversion rates, open rates, and engagement. • Propose new messaging hypotheses and use generative AI tools to create variations and accelerate delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion/performance copywriting and advertising/strategic writing. • Portfolio demonstrating writing versatility, including conversion assets (ads, landing pages, and emails) and content/institutional materials (articles, presentations, or e-books). • Strong command of classic persuasion techniques, editorial clarity, standard written Portuguese, and a modern brand voice. • Working knowledge of SEO for content and funnel metrics (CTR, open rates, and conversion rates). • Practical experience using generative AI text tools to increase speed and support ideation. • Fluency in English and Portuguese. • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent technical education. • Nice to have: experience in real estate, rentals, proptech, fintech, or B2B services; familiarity with basic publishing through the WordPress dashboard; previous experience writing executive reports or gated content.
