📋 Description

• Act as the tactical arm of Go-to-Market, connecting the strategy for new launches with the platform’s day-to-day operations. • Audit property listings submitted by partner agents daily and implement improvements to increase their appeal and generate more leads. • Apply structured generative AI prompts to enhance descriptions, improve photos, correct titles, and standardize the catalog. • Monitor listing-creation bottlenecks and propose usability improvements to the Product and Technology teams. • Browse the website and portal to identify friction points, broken links, and opportunities to improve the user experience. • Update pages and content in the CMS to keep launches and campaigns aligned. • Create, write, and update FAQs, guides, manuals, and knowledge bases for Support, Sales, and customers. • Identify frequently asked questions and develop technical tutorials for explainer videos. • Monitor trends, competitors, and benchmarks in the real estate and proptech sectors. • Support satisfaction surveys and collect feedback from agents on new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical knowledge and regular use of generative AI tools. • Basic skills in screen recording and quick video editing (Loom, CapCut, or similar tools). • Previous experience in startups, proptech companies, or the real estate market. • Basic knowledge of web usability (UX) and on-page SEO. • Demonstrated ability to create advanced, structured prompts (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools) for writing automation, text analysis, and content curation. • University degree, technology degree, or technical education. • Proficiency in English and Portuguese. • Ability to maintain consistency in recurring activities without compromising deadlines or deliverables. • Meticulous attention to links, spelling, grammar, and information before publication. • Curiosity to explore new tools and test features. • A proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing solutions.
