📋 Description

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technology deliverables. • Prioritize user stories and technical requirements, ensuring the product and development teams always work on what delivers the most value. • Lead discovery processes to validate hypotheses and understand user pain points before execution. • Manage expectations of leadership and related departments, clearly communicating product progress and milestones. • Monitor performance KPIs and results to support data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Dual Track Agile methodologies • Experience with management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp) and business and technical documentation • Knowledge of journey mapping techniques, user interviews, and prototyping tools (such as Figma) • Ability to interpret metrics (OKRs) and use analytics tools
