📋 Description

• Architect, implement and maintain the event collection and routing infrastructure with RudderStack (event streaming, transformations, destinations) • Define and govern the tracking plan: event taxonomy, properties, contracts and schema validation • Integrate event sources (web, backend) and MarTech ecosystem destinations (ad platforms, CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics) • Build real-time and near-real-time event pipelines, ensuring reliability, idempotency and low latency • Implement identity resolution and unify user profiles across devices and channels • Enable data activation use cases: reverse ETL, audience synchronization, personalization • Ensure compliance with LGPD/GDPR: consent, anonymization, retention and right to be forgotten in event flows • Monitor event pipelines: volume, event loss, data quality and alerts • Partner with marketing, product and growth teams to translate business needs into data solutions • Mentor junior engineers and document standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data engineering, with a focus on event processing and/or the MarTech ecosystem • Hands-on experience with RudderStack or similar CDPs • Mastery of event instrumentation: tracking plans, SDKs (web/mobile/server-side), schemas and event versioning • Experience with streaming event processing • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (transformations and integrations) and advanced SQL • Experience integrating marketing stack tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRMs, email/automation platforms • Knowledge of modern warehouses (Databricks) and event ingestion patterns • Familiarity with LGPD/GDPR applied to behavioral and marketing data • Experience with reverse ETL • Knowledge of server-side tagging (Google Tag Manager Server-Side) • Experience with marketing attribution and campaign measurement • Experience with event data modeling • Knowledge of product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
