📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability and security. • Manage and support Crossplane, automating infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments using GitOps practices. • Administer and optimize AWS environments, focusing on efficiency, cost control and security best practices. • Implement and maintain observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir and Datadog. • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment, testing and operations with a focus on security and performance. • Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform and Crossplane to ensure standardization and traceability. • Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture, proposing improvements that increase reliability and support growth. • Collaborate with development teams to accelerate delivery of high-quality, stable products by integrating DevOps practices. • Propose and implement security and resilience strategies to minimize risks and prevent critical incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes, including knowledge of their architecture and operations. • Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir and Datadog. • Experience in AWS environments with a focus on automation, cost management and security. • Experience with Crossplane or similar technologies for managing and provisioning infrastructure via declarative APIs. • Skills in automation with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm). • Experience with microservices, containers and distributed architectures. • Scripting skills in languages such as Python or Bash. • Knowledge of security and compliance practices for cloud and on-premises platforms.
