The app delivers an individualized, evidence-based program of cognitive exercises, movement, nutrition guidance and everyday strategies, developed with physicians and psychologists and validated in clinical studies. memodio is provided as a DiGA in Germany, is reimbursable by statutory health insurers (free for patients with a prescription), and emphasizes data security and compliance with European standards.

📋 Description

• Evolve our Flutter app (iOS & Android) with a strong focus on accessibility and usability for users aged 50 and older • Design and build Node.js APIs and services to support new feature development • Work closely with medical and product colleagues — your voice matters in what we build and how we build it • Establish code review practices, testing strategy, and engineering standards • Help shape our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes if desired

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including relevant mobile and backend work • Strong Flutter/Dart skills, or a proven ability to ramp up quickly (e.g., coming from React Native or native mobile development) • Comfortable working with underspecified problems • Self-directed, structured way of working — thrive in a small team with a high degree of ownership • Dedication: when it matters — a release, a deadline, a critical fix — you’ll go the extra mile • Fluent English; German is a plus but not required
