📋 Description

• Responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of Information Systems utilizing their expertise in Epic Applications • Ensuring integration of technology into effective workflow and process design • Providing advanced ongoing analysis, consultation, complex problem-solving, collaboration and application support to users • Supporting and optimizing Epic Deficiency Tracking and Epic Identity applications with a strong focus on data integrity, workflow support, and system functionality within a complex healthcare environment • Partnering closely with HIM and operational teams to support physician documentation compliance, record integrity, and Epic build enhancements while troubleshooting complex issues, identifying workflow gaps, and ensuring accurate system performance

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree, preferred • Epic Deficiency Tracking, Epic Identity • Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in a large, corporate systems development and implementation activities in a wide variety of Healthcare Information Systems (MIS) or similar experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation or a combination of MIS and working knowledge of hospital operations required • Previous Epic or other Health Information Systems experience required • Experience in supporting complex problems • Experience in assisting other Analysts • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Epic application support, development tools and methodologies • Good analytical skills and technical aptitude • Good planning and organizational skills • Good communication, collaboration and customer service skills
