📋 Description

• Independently manage and resolve platform and product issues for customers • Conduct in-depth investigation, reproduction, and troubleshooting of reported issues • Effectively communicate reported issues and insights to Mendix R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success Managers • Operate with minimal direction to efficiently resolve customer issues • Prioritize daily tasks based on problem severity and business impact • Establish and maintain clear customer expectations by adhering to Service Level Agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Technical proficiency in programming languages (Java, JavaScript) • Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, web services) • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and public Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
