🎯 Requirements

• We're looking for a proactive and analytical mind with a passion for technology and a desire to learn. • You are a **Current Student**: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Tech Enthusiasm: A strong interest in Low Code platforms (Mendix experience is a big plus!), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. • Manufacturing Interest: An eagerness to understand and contribute to the manufacturing industry. • Analytical Skills: You enjoy working with data, have an analytical mindset, and ideally, some experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Python for data analysis). • Software Familiarity (a plus): Basic understanding or curiosity about enterprise software like PLM, ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), or other Siemens Xcelerator portfolio tools. • Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. • Proactive & Independent: You are a self-starter, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
