📋 Description

• As a Regional Sales Manager, you will contribute decisively to the success of Menicon GmbH with your expertise and commitment by bringing our products to market in your territory, supporting our customers, and building valuable, long-lasting business relationships. • You will be part of a passionate team that sells high-quality contact lenses and contact lens care products. • Together with our customers, you will develop forward-looking concepts and build long-term partnerships. • You will plan and organize product trainings, events, and represent us at trade shows. • Smooth coordination of appointments and efficient reporting are part of your responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Your solid background in optometry and/or your experience in sales management make you an ideal candidate. • Your outgoing, friendly and confident personality impresses customers. • You pursue clear goals analytically and are not afraid to introduce new ideas in a fast-paced environment. • Customer focus is not just a word for you, but a way of life. • A class B driving license and good PC skills, especially in Microsoft® Office, are a matter of course for you.
