📋 Description

• Captain new, and existing, Men in Blazers / VAMOS branded productions • Direct all phases of production, from idea conception, into pre-production, and finally through post-production & delivery • Responsible for researching, booking, and scheduling guest talent to appear on the podcast or show • Collaborate with both in-house, and guest talent, on the production • Produce, film, record, and edit, a number of different forms of digital media, ranging but not limited to, audio & visual podcasts, short & long form series’, and live events. • Develop set plays to better engage Hispanic-American audiences, grow supporter communities, and increase the Men in Blazers brand awareness • Assist in covering live matches, whenever they may be played • End line to end line coverage of social media platforms for content that will enhance Men in Blazers productions

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently • Proven experience developing both audio and visual digital content over a variety of platforms. • The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, often times at different stages of the development lifecycle • Deep understanding of social media platforms and tools used to create and distribute content • High level of communication skills • Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members • A deep understanding and passion about the game of Football, knowledge of Liga MX, MLS, CONCACAF, and CONMENBOL. • An equally as deep understanding of Latin and Hispanic culture, specifically how it intersects with the game of Football. • Flexibility to be available during stoppage time, when necessary • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud, Audition, Premiere and Photoshop • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience • Empathy - Passion - Courage - love of Football.
