📋 Description

• Own the AI coaching product roadmap. • Translate coaching expertise into the product. • Support and prioritize coaching operations. • Work with HR buyers and enterprise stakeholders. • Drive product discovery and user research alongside design. • Leverage AI throughout your PM practice. • Drive team planning, process, and tooling. • Collaborate tightly with engineering and design.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience. You've shipped meaningful products end-to-end and can work independently across discovery, definition, and delivery. • You understand—or are deeply curious about—coaching. Experience in HR tech, L&D, coaching platforms, or people development tools. • You understand HR buyers and enterprise dynamics. • You see AI as a tool for augmentation, not replacement. • You're a strong collaborator on research and design. • You're data-informed but user-obsessed.
