📋 Description
• Form 1:1 partnerships with members to help identify and track clear goals, become better leaders, communicate more effectively, problem-solve issues at work, and help members feel happy, fulfilled, and engaged at work and beyond. • Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools. • Participate in and graduate Mento’s ICF-certified coach training program (Mento Coaching 101) prior to working with members. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills. • Communicate with members via Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions. • Share coaching tools and insights as part of the Mento coaching community to enhance coaching practices. • Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community. • Coaches are paid per hour and may receive select bonuses incentivizing engagement and community growth.
🎯 Requirements
• A director, vice president, or other finance leader with 20+ years experience managing finance teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is a plus but not required). • Someone who wants to turn their people leadership skills into meaningful coaching skills. • Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace to build fulfilling careers and lives. • Self aware with high emotional IQ and able to create a safe space for others to be vulnerable. • Excited about growing coaching skills and bringing a growth mindset regardless of coaching tenure. • Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment. • Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months. • Must have capacity to give a minimum of three to five hours per week towards Mento. • Candidates must be based in North America or Europe.

• This is a contract position in which coaches are paid per hour. On top of a flat hourly rate, we offer select bonuses that incentivizes engagement with our membership and community growth on our platform. • ICF-certified coach training program (Mento Coaching 101) with Continuing Coach Education Units awarded to graduates. • Fully remote position (candidates must be based in North America or Europe).
