📋 Description

• Own and evolve Mentor Collective's new brand, expanding category presence and awareness • Re-architect and scale a modern, AI-augmented multi-channel demand generation strategy to deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline • Define content strategy and editorial voice; ensure thought leadership, campaigns, and sales assets are consistent and category-defining • Drive integrated performance marketing across digital advertising and SEO with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes • Lead, redesign, and scale the BDR team for efficiency, impact, and data-backed performance • Operationalize AI across the marketing stack to accelerate insights, automate workflows, and personalize outreach at scale • Mentor and build a high-performing team that embraces experimentation, data, and accountability • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take full ownership of the marketing function and the BDR team • Launch and scale rebrand to drive revenue impact and category creation

• Data-Obsessed Storytelling: connect market signals, customer needs, and company strategy • Performance-First Mindset: metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI guide decisions • Brand & Content Leadership: own company voice and scale a consistent, differentiated brand • Hands-On Builder: comfortable with strategy and executing campaigns, workflows, or content • AI Fluency: experienced in applying AI for personalization, content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics • Collaborative Leadership & Shared Integrity: skilled at building partnerships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success • Future Scanner: stays ahead of marketing technology trends and translates innovations into advantage • Experience redesigning and scaling demand generation and BDR functions • Experience with digital advertising, SEO, predictive analytics, and machine learning • Experience mentoring and scaling high-performing teams • U.S Work Authorization required
