📋 Description

• Deliver specific course content in a face-to-face and/or online environment • Develop and submit lesson plans weekly • Communicate course requirements, deadlines, and maintain regular office hours • Collaborate with grade-level teams and administration regarding instruction and support • Provide instruction for students to master K12 curricular objectives • Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests • Maintain positive rapport with families and communicate student progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree AND • Three (3) years of teaching experience AND • Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) • On-line teaching experience (preferred) • High Ability, Special Education or other endorsements (preferred) • Active Indiana state teaching certification for appropriate content area and grade level (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Power Point and Outlook • Ability to read data and determine necessary steps to assist students academically • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Understanding of applicable sections of the State Education Code and other pertinent regulations
