🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. • A valid EU passport or work permit allowing for employment in Bulgaria. • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly regarded. • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. • High proficiency in navigating reservation systems and digital booking platforms.
