🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. • Proficiency in English to effectively operate within our diverse customer support services environment. • Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for the travel and tourism industry. • A customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in customer support services is highly advantageous but not required.
