📋 Description

• Handle inbound reservations enquiries from Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat • Assist travellers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special accommodation requests • Resolve customer complaints and escalations • Provide information about properties, availability, pricing, and travel policies • Collaborate with accommodation partners and internal teams to resolve booking discrepancies • Log customer interactions, enquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system • Stay informed on Booking.com's product updates, travel policies, and tourism developments • Contribute to team performance targets, quality benchmarks, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovak language skills, spoken and written, are essential • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory • Good working command of English for internal communications, training, and administrative purposes • Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, or tourism is highly advantageous • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset • Ability to handle high-volume interactions with patience and professionalism • Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and reservation management systems • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
