📋 Description

• Write expert-level prompts in Indonesian across specialized scientific topics • Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations • Help train and enhance advanced AI models through human scientific expertise • Work on projects for leading AI labs and enterprises • Complete work on an independent, flexible schedule • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field, ongoing or completed • Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian • Business-level written English • Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques in the relevant subfield • Sound judgment around scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information • Ability to write prompts across chemical, biological, or radiological and nuclear subject areas • Applicants must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support at this time • Independent contractor engagement • Radiological and nuclear coverage from a chemistry background qualifies, including radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics • Demonstrated depth in a specific scientific subfield • Research or coursework touching on chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content is desirable • Based in Indonesia or wider Southeast Asia is preferred but not required
