📋 Description

• Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across sensitive subject areas • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations • Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns • Document the reasoning behind judgments • Evaluate and strengthen how advanced AI models handle sensitive topics in Turkish • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient bilingual speaker in English and Turkish • Native or near-native fluency in Turkish • Business-level written English • Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress • Strong written reasoning • High level of attention to detail • Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information • No prior AI/ML experience required; training provided • Nice to have: based in Türkiye or the wider MENA region, though applicants elsewhere are welcome • Nice to have: experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content • Nice to have: background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing • Independent contractor status • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
