📋 Description

• Build a working financial model for an assigned consumer/leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack • Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against fixed criteria • Provide a short written rationale for each peer review and complete the review scorecard • Complete approximately 20–25 hours of work over 1.5–2 weeks • Work on projects that train and enhance AI systems using human expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years total experience • Approximately 2 years of investment banking experience in Consumer/Retail or generalist M&A • 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity • Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund • Consumer, leisure, or multi-site services focus, such as fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, or multi-site roll-ups • Paris office or French deal experience preferred • Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template • English-speaking • Deliverable proficiency in editable Excel workbooks with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
