📋 Description

• Build a working financial model of an assigned consumer / leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack • Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria • Provide a short written rationale for each peer review and complete a review scorecard • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years total experience: approximately 2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A—ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity • Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus • Paris office or French deal experience preferred • Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template • English-speaking • Independent contractor engagement • Must be able to complete approximately 20–25 hours over 1.5–2 weeks • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
