📋 Description

• Work directly with a leading AI lab through Mercor • Record Castilian Spanish audio to improve AI models’ ability to handle and produce audio data • Record transcripts exactly as written or edit them for natural pacing • Produce professional-quality audio according to the required technical specifications • Participate in project onboarding and a kickoff call • Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Professional voice acting experience greatly preferred but not required • Speaking and audio experience through music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or related fields welcomed • Native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain • Proficient English speaker • Ability to speak in a “customer service” voice with a neutral-to-upbeat tone, clear enunciation, and consistent pacing • Close attention to punctuation, commas, and dashes • Ability to record transcripts exactly as written or edit them to reflect natural pacing • Professional audio recording setup: home studio, professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and editing software for post-production • Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end, and no audible breathing • Must be available for a kickoff call • Must be able to commit 2–10 hours per week • Independent contractor engagement • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported
