📋 Description

• Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts • Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions • Follow recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required • Contribute recordings to training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems • Recordings will be used exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent and may be cloned for that specific use case

🎯 Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America • Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent • Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration • Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent • Preferred: experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets • Preferred: familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar audio editing tools • Preferred: ability to deliver conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm vocal styles • Must not be an H-1B or STEM OPT candidate, as Mercor cannot support those candidates
