📋 Description

• Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts • Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions • Follow recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Perform multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style • Contribute recordings to training and evaluation of next-generation text-to-speech systems • Recordings will be used exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent and not sold, licensed, or reused for other purposes

🎯 Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America • Ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent • Clear, natural, and expressive voice • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Availability for a single approximately 4-hour recording session, with possible additional session • Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent • Preferred: experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets • Preferred: familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper • Preferred: ability to deliver multiple vocal styles • Independent contractor engagement • Mercor is unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
