📋 Description

• Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts • Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions • Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required • Provide recordings for training and evaluating next-generation text-to-speech systems • Allow voice recordings to be used exclusively for the client’s internal CX AI Agent, including potential voice cloning • Complete project work independently on a flexible schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America • Neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent • Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration • Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client’s CX AI Agent • Preferred: experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets • Preferred: familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper • Preferred: ability to deliver conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm vocal styles • Must work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
