📋 Description

• Record high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and other diverse scripts • Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions • Follow detailed recording guidelines covering environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required • Contribute recordings for training and evaluating next-generation text-to-speech systems • Provide voice recordings exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent • Work independently on projects that train and enhance AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Native Swiss German speaker currently based in Switzerland • Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration • Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent • Independent contractor engagement • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
