• Lead and develop a team of Card Fraud Investigators • Hire additional team members • Set and track key performance metrics • Shape strategy for fraud prevention • Partner with Product and Risk Strategy to improve tools • Oversee card fraud monitoring operations • Leverage data to identify fraud trends • Document processes for continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in card or payments fraud management • 2–3+ years of people management experience • Strong domain knowledge of card fraud patterns • Experience with transaction monitoring systems • Proficiency with tools such as MasterCard Fraud Center, Accertify, Falcon • Data-driven mindset • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
