📋 Description

• own the next generation of our operating model and reporting • manage and improve our FP&A processes and tools • design and build automations in our reporting • build and maintain sophisticated, scalable financial models • play a critical role in reporting for executives, our board, and investors • partner with teams across Mercury to improve internal processes • build the foundation for Mercury's strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or consulting • experience managing FP&A tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc) strongly preferred • exceptional financial modeling abilities • experience building in Pigment or similar tools; SQL skills are a plus • advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills • strong written and verbal communication skills • ability to concisely explain complex problems and systems to varied audiences • a zeal for improving processes and driving efficiencies • ownership mindset and ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote-first culture
