• Years of progressive experience in sales • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Engineering/manufacturing background with an understanding of the European manufacturing sector • Strong project pursuit and deal strategy capabilities • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies • Comfortable working independently – self-sufficient • Both structured and entrepreneurial
