• Define and oversee the execution of our SEO strategy, managing the roadmap, agency, and performance outcomes. • Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth. • Optimize website content, technical SEO, and user experience to improve search engine rankings. • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals, ensure keyword-driven content planning. • Monitor and analyze site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools. • Turn these insights into strategic recommendations for optimization. • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, particularly those relevant to blockchain and crypto sectors. • Lead and manage an external agency as needed, including setting priorities, reviewing output, and ensuring delivery and achievement of KPIs. • Create SEO reports and present insights and recommendations to Marketing leadership.
• Proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings. • Experience working with large language models (LLMs) is preferred but not required. • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). • Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the crypto industry is highly preferred. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience in managing agencies, including setting priorities, budget ownership and performance oversight. • Preferably but not required: the candidate needs to specifically understand how to work with LLMs. • Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
