📋 Description
• collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims • communicate effectively while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume • performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards
🎯 Requirements
• HS Degree or Equivalent • Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience • Prior Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge • Communication and customer service skills
