• Conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications, and identify solutions. • Attend client working sessions to ensure alignment on expectations, direction, and timelines. • Draft and build deliverables for client engagements. • Lead minor meetings and provide best practices guidance in straightforward scenarios. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience. • Experience in the financial industry, credit unions, and MerdianLink is required. • Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks and support senior team members on more challenging projects. • Strong analytical skills to review varied data and situations and determine appropriate actions within defined guidelines. • Ability to adapt processes and methods as needed while exercising sound judgment. • Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships to resolve issues collaboratively.
