• Plays a critical role in delivering seamless implementations for new and existing customers • Manages expectations and key milestones with clients • Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve challenges and optimize outcomes • Educates clients on advanced platform capabilities • Proactively identifies issues and facilitates resolutions before escalation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems • Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision
