⢠Provide technical support for a fixed service area ⢠Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines ⢠Respond to technical questions on site ⢠Tasks related to network technology ⢠Occasional cash collections/cash handling ⢠Receive daily work orders in digital form ⢠Manage and maintain a regular customer base
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed vocational training in electronics ⢠Practical experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/slot machine industry ⢠Knowledge of communications and networking (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) ⢠Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
