📋 Description

• Guest service (drinks and food) and explaining games • Player protection and conducting exclusion and advisory conversations • Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and accounting • Inspection of machines (including meter readings and minor repairs) • Preparation of reports and protocols • Leading, assigning and onboarding staff in the gaming hall area • Administrative tasks (e.g. shift scheduling, reporting)

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of gaming hall operations • Strong service orientation • Ability to handle conflicts and make decisions • Willingness to work in shifts • Organizational skills • Good German language skills
