📋 Description

• Guest service (food and beverages) and explaining games to players • Player protection, including conducting exclusion and advisory meetings • Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and accounting • Inspection of machines (including meter readings and minor repairs) • Preparation of reports and logs • Supervising, scheduling and onboarding staff in the gaming hall • Administrative tasks (e.g., duty scheduling, reporting)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in gaming hall operations • Strong customer-service orientation • Conflict-resolution and decision-making skills • Willingness to work shifts • Strong organizational skills • Good German language skills
