📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems • Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components • Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows • Partner closely with product, design, and external teams • Improve system reliability, security, and performance • Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices • Influence the roadmap and lead large-scale technical initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer • Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks • Familiar with DeFi primitives • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux) • Experience with backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar) • Experience with smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity) • Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle • Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems • Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles welcome
