📋 Description
• Stay up to date with laws and regulations applicable to the industry • Ensure the organization's practices are compliant with local, national and international regulations • Communicate any regulatory changes to employees and stakeholders • Develop, review and implement internal policies and procedures • Identify potential risks and implement programs to mitigate them • Develop training programs for employees to ensure they are informed of any legal changes and updates • Provide regular reports to senior management or the board on compliance risks, breaches, and mitigation efforts
🎯 Requirements
• +3 years of experience • Bachelor´s degree in law or related fields • Deep understanding of technology industry-specific regulations (e.g. Data privacy: (GDPR, CCPA), intellectual property compliance) • Ability to analyze complex legal documents • Strong verbal and written communication skills
