• Your primary responsibility is to competently support Fressnapf employees with IT incidents and inquiries. • Hardware and software troubleshooting • Receiving, prioritizing and handling incoming incidents and service requests (by phone or via a ticketing system). • Performing initial analyses, resolving issues, and escalating to 2nd level support when necessary. • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Helix, Omnitracker)
• Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office environment, and mobile devices • Good German (spoken and written); advanced English skills • Customer- and service-oriented demeanor, even when handling challenging issues • Strong documentation and communication skills (ticketing, telephone, written) • Ability to work in a structured manner and independently prioritize requests • Experience in telephone support
