📋 Description

• Build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications • Participate in mission-critical application development • Adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment • Make independent decisions and communicate them effectively • Confirm project requirements with project managers, supervisors, and clients • Provide estimates based on requirements, wireframes, and designs • Proactively communicate risks, known issues, and changelogs • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle • Work as part of a team • Follow coding best practices • Write well-tested code • Perform peer code reviews • Create projects free of major defects • Maintain a positive and respectful tone in interactions • Handle backend and frontend tasks according to demand • Research new libraries, techniques, and ideas • Publish blog posts demonstrating technical expertise • Take ownership of new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value

🎯 Requirements

• Contractors must reside in Brazil • Resume must be submitted in English as a PDF • No visa sponsorship available due to legal limitations • Agreement with the Corporate Values Statement • Belief in the company's mission to help people • Belief in the principles of open source • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • 3+ years of experience with Python • 3+ years of experience with NextJS • Familiarity with relational database concepts • Familiarity with Postman and making API calls • Experience with REST API development and deployment • Experience with JSON modeling and usage • Experience querying and modeling using a relational data store • Experience using package managers such as Composer • Experience using Git for source control • AWS Certifications or willingness to get certified (nice to have) • Interest in Generative AI technologies (nice to have) • 2+ years of experience with React (nice to have) • 2+ years of experience with NodeJS (nice to have)
