📋 Description

• Play a key role in guiding customers through successful implementation journeys • Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams • Unblock developers and remove dependencies before they become a problem • Identify risks, conceptualize multiple scenarios, and chart a path to success • Ensure project success • Work closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Foster continuous improvement of the team and its processes using a servant leadership approach • Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions • Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to the appropriate stakeholders • Own budgets, timelines, scope, and risks • Act as the client’s primary contact on projects and promote transparency • Provide high levels of client communication and customer service • Take clear notes on action items and effectively disseminate information and tasks to the team • Report weekly to the manager on project health (including budgets, schedules, and scope concerns) • Provide weekly/monthly status updates to clients

• Agree with our Corporate Values Statement • Believe in the company’s mission: to help people • Support the principles of open source • Advanced to fluent proficiency in English • 3+ years of experience in project management or other applicable roles • Direct experience in the digital space and knowledge of software development project life cycles • Direct experience with a variety of software development methodologies and project management tools, e.g., Scrum/Agile and Kanban • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Scrum certification (PSM)
