📋 Description

• Document complete cloud hosting systems, including capacity planning, software and instance type selection, allocation, and network design • Build systems through installation, configuration, and testing of cloud resources • Use automation and configuration management to ensure repeatability and traceability of changes • Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems • Implement access controls and monitoring tools to protect system integrity and security • Provide written evaluations and recommendations for ongoing improvement • Monitor and analyze systems and perform performance tuning • Maintain internal systems and customer deployment documentation • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, approximately one week on call and one week on backup per month • Respond to support tickets and incidents according to SLA commitments • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Residing in Brazil • Resume submitted in English as a PDF • Unable to sponsor any type of visa • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • Familiarity with Linux System Administration • Experience with a scripting language; Python and Shell preferred • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols • Experience with web accelerators, load balancers, reverse proxies, and CDNs • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation • Additional cloud provider experience is a bonus • AWS Certifications or willingness to get certified is nice to have • Interest in Generative AI technologies is nice to have • Some Windows System administration experience is nice to have
