📋 Description

• Prepare architectural projects in Revit at different stages (schematic design, design development and construction documentation), ensuring delivery on time and meeting quality standards, with cost efficiency and a focus on corporate projects; • Review client requests to determine conditions and materials required for service execution; • Produce and review technical documentation (plans, sections, elevations, descriptive specifications) and verify consistency among all documents; • Identify improvements and solutions to optimize designs; • Conduct meetings with clients, engineers and other stakeholders; • Ensure compliance with technical standards, legislation and building codes; • Develop technical feasibility studies to support cost analysis and approval of processes; • Review and validate site surveys and data collected; • Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines; • Support construction, permitting, finance and other departments to keep projects and systems updated and controlled.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit (required) • Knowledge of urban planning legislation, building codes and technical standards (ABNT) • Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination • Basic knowledge of construction management and project scheduling • Plus: experience with rendering software (Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape) • Experience in high-end corporate construction projects • Experience developing executive interior design projects at a high standard
