📋 Description

• Request new connections, disconnections, transfers of account ownership, load changes, and other services with utility providers for retail construction projects nationwide; • Act as an interface between clients, contractors, internal teams, designers, and utility providers, ensuring information alignment and resolution of outstanding issues; • Monitor deadlines, protocols, approvals, and permits, ensuring processes are completed within established timeframes; • Check, organize, and file the documentation required for each type of request, according to each utility provider's requirements; • Identify risks related to utilities and construction site infrastructure, proposing actions to mitigate delays and ensure service availability at project handover; • Provide support to field teams and construction managers regarding utility processes and technical and documentation requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for project viewing; • Availability to work outside regular business hours and to travel; • Experience with utility providers (water/sewer and power) is a plus.
