📋 Description

• We are building the world's premier Risk Management platform for Blockchain Protocols and Digital Assets. • We strive to develop our systems by observing the best practices of our craft; this means building reliable, performant, secure and scalable systems. • You will be able to contribute, influence and take ownership in significant parts of our systems. • Our goal is to build a very high performance platform, capable of analysing thousands of transactions across multiple blockchain networks in real-time. • We have a cloud-native platform in the making, optimizing for cost, security and the scalability/elasticity. • Designing, deploying, maintaining and managing our AWS-centric infrastructure using IaC, configuration management and automation. • Improving, managing and maintaining our significant Data Pipeline systems. • Working under a Scrum or Kanban framework and being responsive in dealing with the needs of the team. • Participating in on-call rotations alongside your peers, helping minimize downtime. • Owning your work and working alongside developers to contribute ideas, suggestions, code on security, observability, automation, scaling, CI/CD, testing, data pipelines. • Understanding, participating and contributing to the company goals, regardless of your role. • Metrika is a small company with a very inclusive culture.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science. • Experience in designing and maintaining production-grade, cloud native, asynchronous/event-based microservices-based or serverless infrastructure. • Familiarity with GitHub, AWS, Amazon EKS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. • The ability to function autonomously to solve problems, and implement robust solutions. • The ability to communicate well with your team and other engineers, both interactively and asynchronously, and that of being a positive, constructive team member. • Experience with blockchain systems or the web3 ecosystem. • Experience in deploying, tuning and maintaining database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Experience in deploying, tuning and maintaining brokers (Apache Kafka) • Experience with Airflow and large sets of dynamic jobs
