📋 Description

• Oversee daily field operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and technician utilization • Monitor key performance metrics (utilization, backlog, work-in-progress, and productivity) • Support management of departmental budgets, labour costs, and job performance • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and client requirements • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture aligned with WorkSafeBC regulations and company policies • Maintain strong relationships with clients through reliable service delivery • Lead and supervise field technicians, team leads, and supervisors • Support workforce planning and resource allocation in collaboration with the General Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in electrical services, power systems, or industrial field operations • Experience leading and coordinating field-based technical teams • Strong understanding of field service operations, scheduling, and workforce management • Working knowledge of: WorkSafeBC regulations, BC Employment Standards legislation, CEC, CSA, and NETA standards • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills • Effective communication and team leadership capabilities • Experience with operational metrics, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
